1. LAWFUL USE

If a paid subscription expires:
- Your account data will remain available for 15 calendar days.
- During this grace period, you may renew your subscription and recover access to your data.
- After 15 days, the data may be permanently deleted and may no longer be recoverable.
Users are responsible for exporting and backing up their data before subscription expiration.
4. DOWNGRADING PLANS
If you downgrade from a paid plan to a free plan:
- Data exceeding free plan limits may be retained for up to 15 calendar days.
- If no qualifying paid subscription is purchased within that period, excess data may be permanently deleted.
- This policy exists because of storage, hosting, maintenance, and infrastructure costs.
5. PRIVACY AND DATA PROCESSING
Users are solely responsible for ensuring that any personal data collected through forms created on the platform is collected lawfully and with appropriate consent.
Users agree to comply with all applicable privacy, data protection, and consumer protection laws.
The platform acts solely as a technical service provider and does not determine the purpose, content, or legality of any data collected by users.
The website owner shall not be responsible for any unlawful collection, processing, storage, sharing, or misuse of personal data by users.
6. PROHIBITED CONTENT AND ACTIVITIES
Users may not create, publish, distribute, or promote forms, pages, links, or content related to:

10. BACKUP RESPONSIBILITY

The website owner is not responsible for data loss resulting from account deletion, subscription expiration, technical failures, user actions, cyberattacks, or force majeure events.
11. ACCOUNT SECURITY
Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials and for all activities performed under their account.
12. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the website owner shall not be liable for:
